Yuko Tanimoto

Yuko is a student at the IS Academy and one of Ichika's classmates and admirers. She is a 1st year student who is friends with Honne. Among the three friends (next to her Nagi Kagami and Honne Nohotoke) she is clearly the most brash of all, even if Honne also shines in this respect. But her friend is more of the carefree, childlike free spirit type, while Yuko knows exactly how her direct choice of words and open nature come across to her counterpart. With first at school, they have kept an eye on freshman and only male member of the student body, Ichika Orimura, and now regularly track him to keep an eye on him. If they basically have a direct interest in him themselves, they show the same for the love network that has meanwhile woven around him and seems to be getting bigger and bigger. Yuko has a red hair tied in low pigtails and has red eyes. She wears a standard IS uniform. Yuko is upbeat, athletic and a fan of romance. Yuko is good friends with Honne Nohotoke and Riko Kishihara. Yuko is known as "July Summer's Shogun" or the "Devil of July" because she's skilled at beach volleyball.
