Yumi Shoji

An experienced member of New Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling, Shoji is noted for her rivalry with her peer Misato Okumura. During the clash between the Rebel Army led by Blade Uehara and the Regular Army led by Panther Risako, Okumura sides with the the Rebel Army and fills in as Uehara's tag partner. Some time later, Shoji joins SWA. A classic shootfighter, Shoji concentrates on using heavy strikes to overwhelm her opponent with early damage. She is most efficient in tag matches when her partner can switch in after she has done her demolition work, or when she can switch in against an already battered opponent.
