Zoya

Zoya is one of the main characters of the Akiba Maid War anime series. She is a maid from the Russian military. Born in the former Soviet Union, Zoya had been forbidden from touching and playing with cute things by her strict parents. Instead, she was forced to learn combat in the military. She becomes a maid in Japan following the collapse of the Soviet Union but ruined her trial at an Akiba Maid Café due to her inability to make herself smile, so she quits being a maid and becomes Dateno Taira's subordinate. She fights Ranko at the Akiba Fight Club, and after acknowledging each other's cuteness, she joins the café as a maid. Zoya appears to be a Russian stereotype: cold and never smiles, due to her parents that were too strict with her. Despite her initially cold personality, Zoya is revealed to love cute things and is an avid doll collector.
