Synopsis
Set in a universe where magic exists, and humans live side by side with Arcanists, a race of magic users able to use the powers of Arcane. On the last day of the year 1999 at 23:59, a mysterious phenomenon known as the "Storm" causes anything it touches to disappear or "Reversed". As a result, time doesn't progress beyond 1999 and different eras throughout history are disappearing.
