Arcana

Arcana (阿尔卡纳) is a NPC and one of the main antagonists of the main storyline. She is the leader of Manus Vindictae. She speaks Esperanto. In Chapter 2, she is ruthless and hurts Schneider to get Vertin to answer questions. She wants the latter to join them much to the surprise of Forget Me Not.
