Elegg is a nikke from the Electric Shock squad. She's an expert in power sources of electronics. Her life goal is to install her favorite video game BOOM on any devices she gets. She possesses the ability to increase the amount of distributed damage. She can also increase her allies’ damage output by applying buffs to them and inflicts debuffs to the enemies.
