Feather

Feather is a Commander of the Interstellar Union Army and one of the Oración Seis Interestelar. Feather is a curvaceous young woman with long wavy white hair and wears a gray skintight outfit with feather themed headdress and a long cape draped on her shoulders. She normally keeps her eyes closed. When opened, they display a four diamond pattern. Feather is a reserved woman who rarely speaks, keeping quiet and solemn. When she does speak, she does so to address important things during a Prayer Council.
