Gina Chamber

Gina Chamber is a Negator and a former member of the Union who crossed paths with Andy over fifty years ago in the 100th loop. She is now a member of the Union and is the second seat of the roundtable in the 101st loop. She is the main antagonist of the Unchange Arc but, becomes an ally from the Union Arc onwards. She lived in Russia before becoming a member.
