Karin Shijouji

An esper belonging to the esper organization "Synapse". Vast electrical power is stored in her thighs. She's well suited to covert actions, capable of moving at high speed using electricity to propel her muscles, destroying security systems with electricity, and so on. But the potent ability she possesses is actually extremely deadly: she can drop lightning bolts on her targets, fry any foes who come into contact with her legs by running high voltage currents through them, etc. Despite her high status as the sole daughter of the Shijouji Zaibatsu family, this twisted sadist who enjoys attacking foes with her power became a member of the organization so that she can kill bad guys legally. When she discharges electricity through her bare feet, her shoes get charred, hence she goes barefoot while on missions.
