Kyoshiro Kokujo

Kyoshiro Kokujo is a duelist from the Duel Masters franchise. He is a self proclaimed evil genius with fangs that likes to wear long black coats and laugh maniacally. He enjoys going around to different card shops and challenging the strongest player there, often toying with them. At first he pretends to be bad at the game then when his opponent gets confident he shows his true skill and crushes them without mercy.
