Liberalio is a member of the Heretics, traitor Nikkes who serve the Rapture Queen. She is currently an NPC. One of the Heretics serving the Rapture Queen, Liberalio takes the form of a deep-sea creature, taking that of a medusozoa as she longed for peace.
