Moran is part of the Underworld Queens and the leader of Peony Association, a Triad-esque crime syndicate. Among the three, she's often picked on by her fellow squad mates due to her airheaded attitude. This half-witted demeanor often led to both Underworld Queens sometimes not assisting Moran even when she's in desperate needs such as reinforcements.
