Neve

A member of Unlimited, a squad that patrols the frozen north for Rapture incursions and guiding lost Nikkes and commanders back to the Ark. Neve is incredibly fascinated by polar bears, and wishes to find one out in the wild. To that end, she's taken to dressing like a polar bear and taking up bear-like behaviors such as hibernation. Despite being part of Unlimited, Neve often works alone due to her hibernation habit. Nonetheless, she's skilled enough at sniffing out lost Nikkes and getting her tasks done that Ludmilla doesn't give her grief over it. A Nikke subordinate of the Unlimited Squad, she is always searching for polar bears. Has a proclivity for hibernating, as she feels imitating the behavior of polar bears is the key to finding them.
