Rosanna

Rosanna is part of the Underworld Queens and the leader of Hedonia, a Mafia-esque crime syndicate. Rosanna is considered to be the Underworld Queen's thrill-seeker as she always use violence as a measure to solve all problems. She has no fears of meddling with death either. Leader of Hedonia, a sizeable crime gang. Compared to other members of the Underworld Queen, she is far more pugnacious and firmly believes that violence is the ultimate panacea. She does, however, take exceedingly good care of those who are part of her gang. Rosanna was an illegitimate child, born of an Outer Rim prostitute and a Sovereign who couldn't be bothered to use protection. With her "mother" dying soon after and her "father" ignorant of his offspring, Rosanna struggled as any child would in the Outer Rim until one day a man decided to take her in. That man was the boss of Hedonia, a Mafia-style gang that while newer to the likes of Seimeikai or the Peony Association, was no less successful or dangerous. For a time, it seemed things would be okay for Rosanna, even if she would never know a life outside that of a mobster. Right up until her boss and father-in-all-but-blood sold her to a Nikke manufacturer to save his own hide. If there was one thing Rosanna hated more than anything, it was betrayal. So when CEO Mustang of Tetra Line offered to make her an "Underworld Queen" that would stand against humanity's darkness by keeping the Outer Rim's criminal world in check, Rosanna was more than happy to take the crown. For her first move as a Queen of the Underworld, Rosanna would orchestrate the death of the man who betrayed her, and usurp his throne as boss of Hedonia. Ever since, Rosanna kept order in her part of the Rim by one simple principle that she made sure everyone was aware of; an eye for eye, a tooth for a tooth. Blood for blood.
